Hanging out!

Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching! These next couple of weekends the malls will be hustling and bustling with guys frantically searching for the perfect gift, and women trying to figure out what the heck to buy a guy besides a tie, golf clubs, boxers, or cologne!

Well after you’ve celebrated with your honey (or honeys ), how about doing a little celebrating with a few of the fabulous moms you know? Plan a HOT MAMA EVENT. About 2 1/2 years ago I started organizing HOT Mama Events every other month. I wanted to provide an opportunity for the moms I know (along with myself) to get dolled up, go out, and have some fun . . . without our husbands, boyfriends, baby daddy, and children. The purpose of HOT Mama is to help moms remember that motherhood is no excuse for a loss of fabulosity! The outings are our time to let our hair down, laugh, talk, and simply enjoy being a WOMAN, not just a mom.

So after V-day has passed, think about planning a HOT MAMA EVENT! Go to a movie, bowling, out to eat, or have a game night. The moms won’t care…most of them will relish the opportunity to “kick it” without the little people entourage!
